2020 Elevation Awards: Honoring Supply Chain Excellence

In our third-annual Customer Elevation Awards ceremony at our Elevate user conference, we celebrate the success of our customers and their ability to push their operations to the next level.

    The rapid changes that come from customers, competition, and market conditions make the supply chain industry exciting. The challenges can come from anywhere, and at any time, but technology can help smoothen the bumps and pave the way to new opportunities. In presenting our awards, Earlier this year at our Elevate user conference, we celebrated the success of customers leveraging technology to simplify what is complicated; invite innovation, and push forward into new eras with exciting supply chain and logistics solutions. 

    During Elevate's Customer Appreciation Party, Körber's Global CEO of the Software Business Unit, Chad Collins, presented awards to this year's Elevation Award winners:

    A rapidly expanding customer base pushed this company’s operations and it needed to scale quickly. HighJump Warehouse Advantage became a critical component to building new processes to shift fulfillment from 200,000 box shipments per season to over 2 million per season. The flexibility of the WMS also eased the transition into new pick to light and print and apply station as the company moved from a 90,000 to a 600,000 square foot facility to keep up with its growing subscribership.

    This company plans to aggressively expand into new markets by opening new branches in 2020. To keep its warehouse operations in-step with this strategy, it will lean on technology to improve warehouse productivity. This includes wearable technology such as smart glasses to increase worker efficiency and a heavy emphasis on automation to streamline overall operations. To accomplish this, the company will lean on the HighJump Warehouse Control  System to centralize automation systems and optimize operations.

    Elevation Award recipients were formally recognized at the HighJump Elevate user conference , held March 2-5, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Elevate brings together hundreds of supply chain professionals around the world to learn more about the solutions and professional services offered by Körber Supply Chain, its subsidiaries, and its partner network.

    In addition to the Elevation Awards, the partner of the year and Women Leaders in Supply Chain (WLSC) awards were held during Elevate.
